Erez helps founders do one of the hardest things in business: take their company public and thrive there.
He guides founders, boards, and management teams through IPOs, cross-border listings, and the reporting demands that follow, so growth companies can meet the expectations of investors and regulators with confidence.
He joined Davidson straight from UBC in 1999 and has built his entire career here, rising to lead the firm’s public company audit practice. Along the way he has guided a wide range of clients through initial public offerings and public listings across Canadian and US markets, pairing technical depth with a genuinely global perspective.
Clients describe his approach as bold, direct, and people-first. Erez believes the toughest questions should go straight to the senior people who can answer them, and he stays close to the clients and files that matter most rather than managing from a distance.
As Managing Partner, he sets the tone for the firm’s culture and its ambitions. His most important role, as he tells it, is being a father to his three sons.
