Alyson joined Davidson in 2002 and built her career in public company audit before taking on leadership of firm operations, so she understands both what clients need and how to deliver it consistently. She advises on technology, healthcare, and other fast-moving sectors, bringing structure and calm to environments where a lot is changing at once.

She helps public companies get audits right in complex, fast-moving reporting environments, advising clients across technology, mining, manufacturing, and agriculture.

Much of her work involves the toughest technical calls. Carmen frequently serves as the Engagement Quality Control Review partner, providing the independent oversight that public company audits depend on, including on digital asset and technology files where the standards are still taking shape.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Simon Fraser University and is a CPA, CA.

He delivers audit and assurance services to clients in cannabis, technology, software and gaming, and mining, oil and gas. Greg brings a thoughtful, analytical approach and a focus on evolving reporting standards. Clients value his reliable, well-reasoned guidance and the strong relationships he builds.

A registered CPA in Nevada as well as a CPA, CA in Canada, he leads the firm’s US business operations and brings cross-border audit expertise to public company clients.

He is also actively involved in several firm committees, contributing to Davidson’s growth and success beyond his client work. Clients value his reputation for quality and responsiveness, reflected in relationships that have held for many years.

Originally from the rural Okanagan, Glenn combines small-town roots with a big-city mindset, and recently relocated his family to Vancouver to give his two teenage sons, keen soccer players and musicians, greater opportunities.

He spends his own free time playing soccer, skiing, and travelling with his family.

His audit expertise covers mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, and initial public offerings, the transactions where getting the reporting right matters most.

He has built specialized knowledge across the technology and cannabis sectors, with a strong grounding in mining and resources. Tom is highly involved in the public company audit space, and clients value the practical strategic insight and technical guidance he brings at every stage of the audit and regulatory process.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Diploma in Business Management from KPU, and is a CPA.
