Fred graduated from UBC’s Sauder School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator specializing in business valuations, litigation support, buy-side due diligence and sell-side M&A transaction advisory services. Fred is qualified as an expert witness and has provided expert testimony in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. He is also a seminar leader and instructor on the subject of business valuations for the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC where he teaches all three of its business valuation courses for CPABC’s Professional Development Program.
Fred joined Davidson & Company LLP in 2018 after holding senior management positions in the valuation and financial advisory practices of a Big Four firm and an international accounting firm. Born and raised in Vancouver, Fred enjoys participating in recreational and sporting activities in his home neighbourhood of Kitsilano.
