Desmond gives companies of every size an audit they can depend on.
He performs public and private audits across a range of industries, including technology, junior exploration in oil, gas, and precious metals, manufacturing, and cannabis.
He also brings particular experience with prospectus and financing engagements, supporting companies as they raise capital and meet the reporting expectations that come with it.
Desmond joined Davidson as an articling student after graduating from UBC’s Sauder School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours, and is a CPA.
His spare time is spent hiking with his dog, on the golf course, and with family and friends.
